These scan tools allow our technicians to talk to and receive information from the latest model vehicles. All the latest model vehicles have electronic modules, or computers, which talk to each other via a data cable. This technology is called BUS CAN. Scan tools allow the user to tap into the BUS CAN system and talk to the control units. This allows for fast and more accurate diagnosis of problems in the modern motor vehicle.
